Caramel Cheesecake

Cheesecake is a dessert made up of several layers. The bottom layer consists of biscuits and the top layer consists of cream cheese. Cheesecake can be covered or decorated with a layer of jam or different types of fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, etc. Cheesecake originated in Greece and is prepared in most parts of the world. Its ingredients can vary by country, but the American recipe remains the most prepared.
