Lebanese Kibbeh is a popular dish. It is delicious and served with many dishes and salads. It is similar to fried kibbeh, but it can be prepared in an easier way in a tray, as it saves the trouble of stuffing and frying.

Kibbeh is an oriental Arab dish that is famous in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Iraq. It differs somewhat from one country to another in terms of shape and taste, and somewhat in the methods of preparation, cooking and serving.

Kibbeh is generally prepared from bulgur and fresh lean meat. The meat pieces are mixed with the washed and drained bulgur and placed in a stone bowl and pounded with a wooden pestle until the meat is mixed with the bulgur and blended together and becomes like dough, which is taken, shaped into balls and stuffed with minced and fried veal. It may also be mixed with nuts such as almonds, walnuts or pine nuts, then fried in ghee or oil and served to eat.
