Cheesecake is a dessert made up of several layers. The bottom layer consists of biscuits and the top layer consists of cream cheese. Cheesecake can be covered or decorated with a layer of jam or different types of fruits such as strawberries or raspberries and others. Cheesecake originated in Greece and is prepared in most parts of the world
