Sausage samosa

Samosa is a popular dish in the Middle East, especially in the Gulf countries, where it is always served at breakfast tables during the holy month of Ramadan. Samosa originated in the Middle East and Central Asia, and then spread to Africa, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. Samosas are stuffed with many fillings depending on the taste of their makers and eaters. There are meat samosas, minced chicken samosas, cheese samosas, and vegetable samosas. In all cases, it is a long dough that is stuffed with the filling and then rolled into a triangle shape, and then fried in oil or baked in the oven.
