Mary Nougat Pistachio

Nougat is a type of confectionery made from sugar and/or honey with roasted nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, macadamia) and sometimes dried fruits. Nougat varies from soft to hard depending on its ingredients and is used in making many other types of confectionery such as chocolate.
