Chicken Musakhan

Chicken Musakhan is one of the famous traditional main dishes in Palestine. It is considered a very popular food for everyone of all ages. It is usually served on occasions and weddings, as well as to receive and welcome guests. It is part of the culture and heritage of the authentic Palestinian people.

Chicken Musakhan is a loaf of bread dipped in oil, then onions, sumac and grilled chicken pieces are placed on top.
